Neetu, Ranbir, Alia and Raha moved into Krishna Raj bungalow in December 2025. The newly done ancestral property accommodates the family with special rooms and floors for each. The first floor is reportedly Neetu’s personal residence. Ranbir, Alia and Raha will be staying on another floor. Once Raha grows up, she will have a separate floor for herself. The fourth floor has been designated for Ranbir’s sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, and her daughter. Rishi Kapoor’s belongings, including his books, are preserved in a special room dedicated to him and his memories. In Alia’s post that was shared on Instagram, Ranbir was seen seeking Rishi’s blessings by adorning his photo with a garland.
