“Our moving forward to seek permission for the CAG audit, and the discoms going to the High Court in opposition to it, proves in itself that the electricity companies, Arvind Kejriwal, and the AAP government were in cahoots,” Sood said. “They were deliberately avoiding an audit of the accounts, while simultaneously working to burden the people of Delhi in the name of regulatory assets,” he added.
