Uttar Pradesh Reports Over 9 Lakh Hires in Nine Years, Credits Recruitment Reforms

Reforms cited by the government include complete digitisation of the recruitment process, online submission of applications and results, biometric verification of candidates, CCTV at examination centres, face‑recognition systems and QR code‑enabled admit cards. The state also removed interviews for Group C and Group D posts, saying selections should rest solely on written examinations.
