Newly obtained Snapchat and text messages have shed additional light on allegations surrounding a 2024 sexual assault at Cornell University, days after prosecutors reopened the criminal investigation. The messages were reportedly exchanged among members of the Chi Phi fraternity on the night of October 19, 2024, when a female student, identified as Jane Doe in court documents, alleges she was drugged and sexually assaulted by seven fraternity members.
