This meeting comes a little after the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur Director, Prof Manindra Agrawal, proposed designing a more student-friendly adaptive test that focuses on qualitative and reasoning abilities. He had also proposed a pilot run for all first year IIT students of all 23 institutes this year.
