Former Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh on Friday said it was his duty to tell the BJP what he felt about Punjab, and that doing so did not mean he was quitting the party. Singh, who said he was going through “difficult times” without elaborating, made the remarks at the launch of “Bishan with Love”, a book in memory of former cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi.
