Bigg Boss 20 Episode 10 saw an unexpected Korean twist when singer Qazi Touqeer turned into a protective ‘dad’ for fellow contestant Arishfa Khan. A lighthearted conversation between the two fellow housemates took a K-pop turn when Arishfa talked about her admiration for BTS member V aka Kim Taehyung. As she tried to explain V’s global dominance and stardom to Qazi, the Fame Gurukul winner joked to the camera that he was Arishfa’s father and said he would take the marriage proposal forward for the idol, who’s currently one of the biggest celebs in the world. Arishfa’s excitement mixed with Qazi’s dramatic reaction made for an entertaining exchange for viewers.
How did BTS V come into the picture?
It was Arishfa who mentioned V first during the conversation. She has been vocal about her interest in BTS and its members. Qazi replied in his trademark humorous tone, saying he could take a proposal to Taehyung. It appeared more of a playful fantasy than an actual plan, but it provided the housemates with yet another opportunity to tease Arishfa.
The conversation also brought out Arishfa’s love for V. Qazi took on the pretend-parent role while she spoke about the Winter Ahead singer with visible excitement.
