'Madan Dilawar, You Have 48 Hrs': CJP Gives Ultimatum To Rajasthan Education Minister, Threatens Statewide Stir

'madan dilawar, you have 48 hrs': cjp gives ultimatum to rajasthan education minister, threatens statewide stir

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Friday issued a 48-hour ultimatum to the Rajasthan government, demanding the arrest of those allegedly involved in an attack on its volunteers during a school inspection in Jaipur district. The CJP also demanded the withdrawal of the government order at the center of the dispute and called for the resignation of Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar.

“I want to tell Madan Dilawar just one thing: You have 48 hours. These goons must be arrested. You must withdraw the order, otherwise we will launch a statewide agitation across Rajasthan,” the CJP said.

The party warned that the proposed agitation would go beyond the issue of schools and directly target Dilawar, saying it would demand his resignation.

Calling the incident “a black day in Rajasthan‘s democratic history”, the CJP said the government would face a statewide mobilisation if its demands were not met within the deadline.

CJP claims BJP hand in attack

A scuffle broke out at a village in Rajasthan when villagers, allegedly accompanied by BJP workers, put up barricades and forcibly pushed back a Cockroach Janta Party team that had gone there to inspect a government school as part of its “School Thik Karo” campaign.

Talking about the inspection, Ranka claimed, “We had gone to inspect the school in Rampura-Kanwarpura village. For the past several years, the school has been operating in a buffalo shed. We had gone for an inspection last year as well, and the school was being run in a buffalo shed even then.”

“Before we could reach the site for the inspection, their people, BJP goons, were already there. Our volunteers were assaulted first. All the media persons were present there. The police were informed, but even after we reached the spot, they did not stop. Vehicle windows were smashed, phones were broken, a woman was assaulted, my shirt was torn, and one of our team members suffered a fractured hand. They even attacked us with stones,” he alleged.

Ranka claimed that the CJP team was attacked on the orders of Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar.
