Google has faced a major setback as one of its most special minds and Chief Scientist at Google DeepMind, Jeff Dean, has announced his resignation after serving for 27 years. According to his plans, Dean is now looking forward to joining forces with long-time software collaborator and Indian-origin tech veteran Sanjay Ghemawat, alongside other top AI researchers Oriol Vinyals and Quoc Le, to launch a new venture named Discovery Loop.
