US President Donald Trump also weighed in on the negotiations on Monday, saying any agreement with Iran would either be “great and meaningful, or there will be no deal at all”. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said he had urged countries including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan and Turkey to join the Abraham Accords and normalise relations with Israel. “I am mandatorily requesting that all Countries immediately sign the Abraham Accords,” he wrote, adding that if Iran signed an agreement with the United States, “it would be an Honor to have them also be part of this unparalleled World Coalition.”
