The Delhi High Court on Tuesday asked the Election Commission of India (ECI) to be more sensitive while assigning election-related duties to school teachers, saying their existing workload and responsibilities under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (RTE Act) cannot be overlooked.
