The force also issued an appeal to students and young people to remain vigilant against misinformation circulating on social media and not fall prey to content being amplified by foreign accounts. “Delhi Police appeals to students and youth to be wary of such foreign accounts spreading rumours to mislead the situation,” the statement added.
