Commonwealth Games 2026: Indian Boxers' Crucial Gear Missing After Arrival In Glasgow

India’s boxing campaign at the 2026 Commonwealth Games got off to a rough start on Tuesday when a big portion of the team’s luggage did not reach Glasgow. The 22-person Indian contingent had travelled to Scotland after attending a training session in Belfast, according to PTI. Sakshi Chaudhary (51 kg), current world champion Jaismine Lamboria (57 kg), Parveen Hooda (65 kg), Jadumani Singh (55 kg), Kapil Pokhariya (90 kg), and men’s head coach C. Kuttappa were among the competitors and support personnel that arrived without their baggage.
