Yash, who is currently awaiting the release of Toxic, has a completely different role to play in Nitesh Tiwari-directed Ramayana. The Kannada actor plays the major character of Ravana in the upcoming mythological epic that stars Ranbir Kapoor as Rama and Sai Pallavi as Sita, among others. At the Ramayana: Pratham Sankalp in New Delhi on July 18, Yash made a surprise entry towards the end of the event. As he walked into the venue amidst loud cheers, he projected the exact aura an actor would need to play the main antagonist of the story of Lord Ram.
