According to another source quoted by Reuters, the Houthis have already positioned missiles and drones that could be used against ships in the Red Sea. The report said they are waiting for orders to launch attacks, while members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Yemen will decide when to move forward with closing the strategic waterway.
