The roots of this case go back to September 2025, when the victim was just 12 years old. On September 19, 2025, two accused kidnapped her. Three days later, an FIR was registered for kidnapping and rape at Sachin GIDC police station. After nearly two months of investigation, police traced the minor and arrested the accused, brothers Avadhpal alias Bajrangi Jagrup Yadav and Brijesh alias Babu Jagrup Yadav, subsequently filing a chargesheet in court. To fight the case, the survivor’s father appointed advocate Pranayraj Govindbhai Ranvir as the authorised lawyer, placing complete faith in him to secure justice for his daughter.
