NTA had conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 on May 3, but was then cancelled due to alleged paper leak. Due to this, the medical entrance exam was re-conducted on June 21. Since students had to suffer due to the alleged paper leak, the Union Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, announced that no student will be charged any fee for the re-exam, and the application fee which was paid by students for the May 3 exam will also be refunded to all students.
