As per a report in DNA, according to officials, the Thiruvallam Police in Kerala registered the case following a complaint filed by the CBFC’s regional officer on Wednesday. The film, starring Naslen, was released in theatres on June 5. The complaint alleges that the CBFC had granted the film a U/A 16+ certificate only after instructing the makers to remove certain scenes and dialogues deemed objectionable. However, authorities claim that the version exhibited in theatres contained content that had either not been approved by the board or had been altered after certification.
