HDFC Bank has extended the tenure of its interim non-executive chairman Keki Mistry for another three months, it said in a stock exchange filing on Thursday. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the extension, which comes one day before Mistry’s three-month term was set to expire on June 19.
