India’s capital, Delhi, remains world’s cheapest major city to buy properties but salaries of its people are also among the lowest. As per a report by Deutsche Bank, tracking the cost of living and quality of life, Delhi offered the most inexpensive broadband internet globally, with a monthly connection costing $ 7.3 (around Rs 703), the lowest in the 69-city sample.
