The gown itself seems like a study in contrasts. At first, it appears minimal in colour, something which has been rendered in a rich bronze-gold tone that catches light differently with every movement. And then comes the interesting bit, GG has built a look through a combination of sharp corsetry, soft draping and intricate embellishments – resulting in a silhouette which is sharp and fluid.
