As per WSJ, the complainant accuses Anthropic of delivering lower than what it promised. The Claude user argues that the company’s premium Claude AI plans, known as Max 5x and Max 20x were marketed as offering five times and 20 times the usage of the Anthropic’s Pro plan. However, the actual limits experienced by the users were reportedly lower.
