Delhi’s power distribution companies- BRPL, BYPL and TPDDL- in their representations to the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, in May, sought relaxation on the recovery of FPPAS, which is capped at 10 per cent. In their representation, the discoms had urged the DERC to increase the FPPAS recovery limit for April.
