Mahindra launched the XUV 7XO as a refreshed and rebadged version of the XUV700 in January this year. While the automaker is tight-lipped on this, reports suggest that the XUV 7XO will get a hybrid version by next year. For the XUV 7X0, which has quickly become one of the brand’s strongest contributors to sales in the country, the new hybrid upgrade will be very significant. It will enable it to unlock potential in the segment with significantly improved fuel economy.
