“Every year, in every exam, some students reach out to us for some grievance. We help them in every possible way. Sometimes students are correct, and in such cases, we help them accordingly,” the official said. “In the NIFT exam too, similar protocol was followed and the students who raised the grievances were mailed on the status of their complaints. This was completed two days ago.”
