Among those voicing concerns was Matt Radecki, co-founder of the Los Angeles-based post-production company Different by Design. He warned that a Paramount Skydance-Warner Bros. Discovery merger could reduce the number of buyers for documentary films, citing Oscar-winning documentary “Navalny,” which was produced by HBO Max and CNN Films, both Warner-owned units.
