Tamil Nadu CM and former actor Vijay has received a letter from the All India Cine Workers Association, in which they have demanded strict actions against the makers of the Tamil film, Killer, after a 26-year-old technician, Madhan, lost his life during the shooting of an explosion sequence of the movie on June 3, 2026, at Binny Mills, Chennai. In the long note, the president of AICWA, Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, mentioned the names of the producers such as Baiju Gopalan, Gokulam Gopalan, and VC Praveen and production houses Angel Studios and Sree Gokulam Movies. The organisation has requested CM Vijay to file an FIR under ‘murder’ charges against the producers.
