The police revealed that ISI sponsored module was even linked to Mumbai underworld elements, who planned to wreak havoc in the financial and political capital. It further emerged that earlier in May, Vijay Shooter, a don hailing from Jharkhand, was arrested from Pune. Further, based on his disclosure, one Nitish Paswan was picked up for his alleged involvement. Both admitted to having ISI links.
