For many years, Abhimanyu Balyan had to experience what other UPSC aspirants feared the most: getting close to success and then encountering failure at the final stage. Even after consistent efforts, performance, and dedicated preparation, his dream of qualifying for one of India’s most competitive examinations came true when he secured All India Rank (AIR) 13 in the UPSC Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination 2025.
