The Indian-headquartered tech outfit has moved the CMF Watch 3 Pro entirely onto the Nothing X app, discontinuing the separate CMF Watch app. Honestly, that’s fine, the Nothing X app is clean and it brings all your health stats, workout history, sleep data and active scores under one roof. Setup was smooth on my Oppo Find X9 Ultra. Now, the headline ”AI” addition here is ChatGPT integration via a voice assistant shortcut. As per me, this is more of a “nice to have” than a daily driver feature you’d rarely want to consult ChatGPT from your wrist, but it works and it’s definitely a talking point. More practically useful is the recording transcription feature, which is new to this generation. The watch can capture audio and transcribe it, which could come in handy for quick voice notes.
