ISL Crisis Escalates; Clubs Unite And Threaten AIFF Over League’s Uncertainty

Many Indian Super League clubs warned the AIFF in a sharply worded joint statement on Friday that if the uncertainty surrounding Indian football persists, they would lessen their commitment towards the league. The statement comes well before the AIFF’s important Special General Body Meeting, where talks for the ISL’s future commercial structure are anticipated to take centre stage. At the time of writing, several clubs had posted the message on their official social media accounts, including Kerala Blasters, Mumbai City FC, Bengaluru FC, Inter Kashi, and Sporting Club Delhi.
