The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the timetable for the Class 10 and Class 12 compartment or supplementary examinations 2026. Students who were unable to clear one or more subjects in the annual board examinations can appear for these exams to improve their results and continue their academic journey without losing a year. The compartment examinations will commence on August 7.
According to the official schedule, the JAC Class 10 compartment examinations will be conducted from August 7 to August 12, while the Class 12 compartment examinations will be held from August 7 to August 14. The board will conduct the exams in two shifts. The first shift will be held from 9:45 am to 1 pm and the second shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
For Class 10 students, subjects scheduled include Hindi, Science, Social Science, Sanskrit, Mathematics and various language papers. The timetable also covers vocational subjects and additional language examinations.

The board has advised students to carefully check their subject codes, examination timings and admit card details before appearing for the compartment examinations.
