As per multiple reports, the incident happened in HSR Layout 3rd Sector on Monday afternoon, September 28. As per The Times of India, the police later contacted the women; however, they refused to file a complaint at the time. When the police reached out to the driver, he reportedly told them that the women were intoxicated.
