The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued instructions for candidates who have lost their scorecards or are unable to use their original scorecards because they have been stolen, damaged or destroyed. The agency has clarified that candidates can apply for re-issuance of a duplicate scorecard by following the prescribed procedure.
