Police in Maryland are investigating a shooting that injured an 18-year-old man and prompted a shelter-in-place order at Towson University. The man was shot in the 8000 block of York Road at about 19:15 local time on Sunday, Baltimore County Police said. He was taken to hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
