Qazi Touqeer, a singer and winner of Fame Gurukul season 1, participated in Bigg Boss 20. He has returned to the limelight after a long time. Since the beginning of the season, he has been pretending to have mental health issues, as he had no work before Bigg Boss 20. He would secretly tell the cameras that he was pretending not to feel well and act hallucinated. Once, the singer summoned doctors inside the house, and when they arrived to check, he informed them that the call for medical help was a part of his prank. Over time, some of the housemates predicted that Qazi was pretending to be unwell.
