Gurugram Police have arrested hit-and-run accused Kalyan Bainsla from Rajasthan’s Dausa, days after he allegedly rammed his car into biker Shivani Chauhan, known as Sia, on Golf Course Road. A Gurugram Police team had travelled to Rajasthan to trace Bainsla, who had been on the run since the incident.
