Cops must be treated equally irrespective of their gender. While the gender politics within the system deserve a discussion that goes beyond a routine ‘agree and disagree’, stories are now evolving, one character at a time. Establishing a stand, cops, particularly women, are breaking the pattern and cementing their agency through their vision and ability to tackle tough situations with their intelligence and moral.
