Calling the series “one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever worked on,” Rohit said it challenged him in several ways. “It challenged me as an actor, of course, but somewhere along the way it also challenged the way I think, the way I work, what I believe I’m capable of and, honestly, even the way I look at myself,” he wrote. Rohit also highlighted how the physical transformation required for Sachin eventually became an inward journey. “For something that demanded so much transformation on the outside, the bigger journey ended up being inward,” he shared.
