New Delhi: A high-level committee meeting was held at the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Tuesday following the killing of Manipuri artist Chongtham Vikram Singh in Delhi. The meeting was chaired by the Joint Secretary, North East Division, MHA, and attended by representatives of MHA, Delhi Police, Ministry for Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER), NCERT and other concerned states and government agencies.
