Addressing the gathering, HM Amit Shah said the President’s Colour was a matter of immense pride and recognition of Goa Police’s eight decades of glorious service, professionalism, courage, discipline and dedication. He congratulated Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, the Goa Police leadership and the entire force, and praised its role in securing Goa’s cities, communities and extensive coastline. He said the force’s contribution to protecting Goa also strengthens the country’s internal and coastal security, particularly in a state that attracts visitors from across India and the world.
