“After that, following another OPD visit, I lodged a formal complaint with the PMO… After the complaint was filed, we received a call from the hospital asking us to come in so the surgery could be performed. Dr Sachin Talwar called us but then refused to operate, stating that unless the complaint was withdrawn, he wouldn’t proceed,” he told ANI.
