He was a well-known filmmaker in the ’90s. Kuku Kohli launched Ajay Devgn, the son of renowned stunt director, late Veeru Devgan. Phool Aur Kaante in 1991 introduced Devgn to films, and it became an iconic movie. Kuku went on to direct movies like Kohraam, Suhaag, Haqeeqat, Zulmi, Anari No. 1, Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa, and Woh Tera Naam Tha.
