Six months after the United States and Israel launched their war against Iran, the biggest question may no longer be whether Tehran was weakened, but who actually gained from the conflict. When Washington and Tel Aviv attacked Iran on February 28, their ambitions went far beyond destroying military and nuclear infrastructure.
