According to the CBI chargesheet, Twisha held a demat account worth Rs. 20 lakh of equity investments, which she had built up independently. The funds were traceable to her father. Following this, a joint SBI account in the names of Twisha and Samarth was set up on April 7, 2026. The CBI alleges that Samarth and Giribala pressured Twisha to transfer the Rs. 20 lakh out of her personal demat account and into the joint SBI account. Twisha reportedly refused, saying that the money belonged to her father.
