Congress MP Imran Masood has triggered a controversy with his remarks on the ongoing Vande Mataram row, saying he would not sing the full version of the national song as it goes against his religious beliefs. Masood said the national anthem should take precedence and added that while he would stand in respect when Vande Mataram is played, he would not sing its full version.
