The Delhi High Court today on Tuesday (August 18) allowed Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) to continue its admissions to the post graduate courses based on deprivation points. The court thereby modified the order passed by the single-judge bench, which had halted admissions based on the system, noting that the deprivation points effectively alter the marks obtained by students in Common University Entrance Test, Postgraduate (CUET PG).
