Carney, an at-large member of the GPF Board of Directors, has been appointed to the post as a non-voting member of the Executive Committee under sections 7.1 and 8.6 of the 2026 GPF Bylaws. Her appointment places compliance at the centre of the federation’s operations, with a mandate covering governance, legal and statutory requirements, ethics, conflicts of interest and broader integrity issues.
