Do Americans Think The Court Favors Trump?
A slim majority, 54%, said they believe the court is deliberately steering clear of rulings that Trump might simply ignore. Meanwhile, 55% said they think the court has ruled in Trump’s favor often or fairly often during his second term. Not surprisingly, opinions split hard by party here too, with only 37% of Republicans seeing a pro-Trump lean from the court, compared to 77% of Democrats who do.
