First India-Pakistan Women’s T20 World Cup Clash Since Women’s T20 World Cup 2026

The last time the two teams met was in the Women’s T20 World Cup in June at Edgbaston. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side won the match by 64 runs at Edgbaston. The men’s team of the two countries last played each other in a controversial clash during the Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 at Colombo. This continued a constant trend of India and Pakistan being put in similar groups across genders and age categories

This is one of two constant continental events for women’s cricket in the space of a month; as the tournament ends, the teams will travel to Japan for the 2026 Asian Games.
